The renovation focused <br \/>on two adjacent bedrooms\u2014one of which was particularly small and underutilized. By combining these two rooms, we created <br \/>a spacious and functional master suite that now includes a large sleeping area, a dedicated walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.<br \/><br \/>The cost of the renovation, which included new framing, plumbing and electrical work, and flooring upgrades (from laminate <br \/>to engineered hardwood), amounted to approximately $40,000.
